Decent service, easy setup
I got Talkroute a few weeks ago for my small business, mostly for the Local Phone Numbers and SMS Text Messaging. I switched to Talkroute for their virtual phone system, mainly for the Call Routing and Conference Calling features. For the most part, it's been a good experience. The call quality is clear, and setting up different extensions was pretty easy. I appreciate that it works with my existing cell phone. However, I did notice a couple of times that the Mobile App for Android lagged a bit when I was trying to transfer a call, which was a little frustrating. It's not a deal-breaker, but it could be smoother. Price is fair for what you get, and customer service was helpful when I asked about International Call Forwarding options. Just hope they iron out those app kinks.
